DPRK "Dream Test" in DRM logged with Airspy HF+ Discovery and the YouLoop antenna for 100 minutes from 1005-1145 UTC. Max. 16,31 dB SNR and 0,07% decoded audio. The bitrate was 21.72 kbps and the bandwidth was 9 kHz in the beginning of the log. They kept changing the parameters from B/9 and B/10 and back at least 7 times in the log. Almost no decoded audio, but it was Korean.
